The Whiskey Jar is now really getting into its stride, and even though there’s plenty we currently offer, there’s still lots more thrilling things to come.

This old textile mill has been quirkily restored and it now boasts 2 floors filled with comfortable seating booths and a downstairs event space that will play host to various events including weddings, private parties, corporate events, birthdays, photoshoots and much more.

In addition, there will be an outdoor seating area where you can chill out when the sun is shining.
The bar is currently serving a selection of cocktails, local ales and of course a wide selection of premium whiskies. However, with a new unique cocktail menu and The Whiskey Jar tasting sessions underway, were certainly not sitting still.

We have also now have a 2am licence on Friday and Saturday and a 12am licence on Thursdays, so whether you fancy coming straight after work or after a few other bars, we’ll be open for you.
