About
Rise Fitness Skipton offers 2 fully quipped gyms, a swimming Pool, sauna, steam room and spa.
We provide a free half hour group induction given by a qualified trainer, in which we will show you how to operate the equipment, should you require this. You can book this induction session when you join or on your first visit to the club. The induction is not compulsory for those who are frequent gym users.
Opening Times
Mon – Thu: 7am – 10pm (last entry 9pm)
Fridays: 7am – 9pm (last entry 8pm)
Weekends: 8am – 8pm (last entry 7pm)
