Craft “crafts” seasonal British classics with a twist, in a range of different settings – from our vibrant, bustling Dining Room, to our Cool & Chic Garden and amazing Private Dining Pods.
Craft is led by groundbreaking chef Andrew Sheridan, who rose to fame on the Great British Menu TV show. He is joined by restauranteurs Emma and Sam Morgan, and multiple award-winning English Michelin starred chef, Aktar Islam. Together they combine traditional dishes with modern execution to create an alternative British dining experience.
