A hidden hideaway in Manchester’s Northern Quarter – serving up ribs, rum, bourbon and beer – spread across three themed floors.
The Rib Joint & Tap Room on the ground floor is a relaxed hangout and a nod towards the 80s skate scene. The bar serves a large selection of bourbon, craft beer and ribs.
The second floor of Cane & Grain is home to The Liars Lounge, which is the second incarnation of the award winning tiki bar and Caribbean rum shop, The Liars Club.
Science & Industry is an eccentric and experimental hideaway with full table service. The focus is to provide customers with a new and exciting style of dining and drinking. A dedicated drinks laboratory has been created within the bar for experimentation with flavour and scientific techniques which allow us to develop unique cocktails.
